    Money Letter sent from "KIEV 26.9.18" to "ROVNO 28.9.18" and charged at 1 r. 15 k. The franking is provided by a 30 sh. blue General Issue (equivalent to 15 k.) and 2 x 50 k. Imperial Arms perforated overprinted with Kyiv Type E in black-violet. A unique item, illustrated in Dr. Ceresa's Special Trident Issues handbook (1987, Plate CDXLII), signed Bulat BPP. Fewer than 12 examples of Kyiv E have been recorded. Provenance: Collection Dr. Seichter.
