Juan transit and both an '8' and '10' décime charge applied (Mail to foreign destinations, under the 1849 decree, was sent unpaid), there are two paper erosions to front and some soiling which does not detract, an important cover being the sole recorded example bearing a 6 cs. that crossed the French borders twice, unique.
