    1865: 20 c. blue, single example overlapping vertical pair on 1865 registered cover from Bogota to Popayan, the adhesives with good margins for the issue and in a rich shade, tied by italic 'Certificacion à Bogotá / Salio en 28 de Junio de 1865' in red with date in manuscript. The cover with surrounding '0' marrkings to denote registration and three strikes of the Bogota Postmaster's seal in red on reverse. A splendid and very rare cover of wonderfully fresh appearance.
