    1913 (Oct 30):  Impressed 1 pi. blue with 'Autonomous Government' inscription on wove envelope, size 23 x 37 mm., used with bold strike of negative GUMÜLCINE handstamp in black with 'Galata' arrival cds (Oct 30) below; also a 2 pi. violet usage with two strikes of negative DEDAGATSCH handstamp in black with 'Sirkedji' arrival (Oct 20) on reverse. The latter with some staining but fine in-period usages.
