    Santa Fé de Bogotá-Tunja-San de Cúcuta-Caracas Route 1782 (Feb 2): Prepaid entire letter from the Mayor of Pamplona to Tona near Bucaramanga, distance 15 leagues / 83 kms., to be delivered to the addressee 'wherever he may be found' and struck with outstanding impression of rare contracted PAMPLONA handstamp in red (Tizon 1 = unlisted in red) and contracted FRANCA in red (Tizon unlisted). Worm hole on front of cover but displays well, a unique and attractive early entire.
