    1923 (June 18): Vehici Hurkus Air Service. Distressed postcard of the 'Ernesto Breda' aeroplane (a Caproni Italia B1, later re-named Vehici, with Vehici Hurkus and airforce colleagues; franked at 3 piastres with Turkish script reading "...a powerful aircraft. It takes 10 passengers. It flew from here to Izmir...in three hours you can get a letter from Edirne". Despite condition, a rarity of Turkish Airmail philately. Ex collection Bill Robertson.
