    30 pa. blue on white paper, handstruck from single Dies, two cut round examples used on front and back of 1864 registered cover to Bucharest each tied by two strikes of RIMNICUL VALCEI datestamps (13/2) in blue-green (Kiriac fig. 351) with straight line RECOM alongside. Letter handed in February 11 at Rimnicul Valcei but not mailed until the 13th, with Bucharest arrival cds (Feb 17) in black. A fresh and fine cover. Signed Todd.
