1844/46: Inclinado 90 reis black on yellowish thin paper, the magnificent and famous vertical block of 12 (6x2), showing Types IIa-II / IIa-I / IIa-II / IIa-I / IIa-IIa / IIa-IIa with the horizontal marginal rule at top and clearly showing the re-cutting on eight stamps in the block; cancelled by three 'Correio Geral Da Corte' datestamps struck in red (11.6.1849). An important multiple in wonderful condition, unique thus. Illustrated and discussed at length in the 'Inclinados' handbook by Walter G. Taveira on pages 241 and 242. Signed Pfenninger.
