    Handstruck 30 pa. pale blue, used example on 1862 entire letter to Bucharest, enormous margins all round and marginal from top of sheet, neatly cancelled by very scarce STIRBEIU / * datestamp (12/7) in bright blue (Kiriac fig. 353). Reverse with "Bucurescii" cds of receipt (13/7) also struck in blue (Kiriac fig. 366). Exceptional and extremely attractive entire in excellent quality. Certificate Heimbücchler (2012).
