    80 pa. carmine and 40 pa. greenish blue, both on yellowish wove paper and both with large  to huge margins all round, used on 1860 triple rate cover from Galatz to Jassy, Theologo correspondence, and cancelled by framed FRANCO / GALATZ in red (Kiriac fig. 308) in red with watery strike of the circular datestamp "Galatz / Moldova" (11/8) above, also in red (Kiriac fig. 277). Some minor imperfections to the cover with file fold away from the adhesives and contemporary closed tear in margin only of the 80 parale, but a fine and extremely rare usage of both these stamps together.
