    Gaza Provisional Issue 1917: Money Order provisional overprinted "5" bilingually in blue on 1916 10 pa. rose red, a fine used example cancelled by manusccript blue crayon with part arabic 'Gaza' and by part arrival datestamp at top. A very rare Provisional issued to supply 5 para adhesives for Money Orders during the siege of Gaza, the overprint being ordered by General Refet Pasha, Commander of the 13th Army Corps. As most stamps were indeed affixed to Money Orders they were cut on arrival and
