    1917: "A Short Note on the Design and Issue of Postage Stamps prepared by the Survey Dept. of Egypt for His Highness Emir and Sherif of Mecca and King of Hejaz", copy number 37 presented and endorsed to Brigadier General Sir Ronald Storrs who oversaw T. E. Lawrence (of Arabia) in the production of the first issue of Hejaz. A fine example with all pages and plates intact, slight stain on front but extremely rare, especially so with this endorsement.
