    1865/72: ½ r. blue, a used horizontal strip of four with huge margins on three sides and shaved at right, worn impression on greyish paper, used on 19 January 1872 entire letter from Guayaquil to Lima cancelled by manuscript pen cross. Reverse with Lima arrival cds (Jan 26) in black. Two stamps crossed by file folds but an unusual usage for the 2 reales rate.
