    1887: 1 c. black on green, five singles and a 5 c. black on blue, used on a cover, from Panama to New York, dated 4 February 1888, tied by 'AGENCIA CORREOS NACIONAL / PANAMA' duplex in black, New York Paid to reverse dated 13 February, four of the five stamps overhang top of envelop, two of which have faults at top, a rare combination. Both values are not common on cover there being single digit survival rates, especially rare franking; the only recorded 1 c. and 5 c. combination cover.
