Crown CC, perf. 12½, FOUR PENCE with Thin Bar surcharge (B), a used example, variety "Surcharge Double", (18 + 19 mm. widths) lightly cancelled in black leaving the variety entirely clear. This Setting was one of four horizontal rows of 12. The third application of the forme was one row too high, giving double overprint varieties found on row 8.
