    Saltillo 1868: 12 c. black on green, imperforate (Inv. 30-69), two single examples, small imperfections, used on cover to Monterrey tied by circular wreathed "NAVA" handstamp struck in red (Schatzkes fig. 1410D, unrecorded in red) with fancy framed "CORREOS / ADMON DE LOS DE / NAVA" and straight line "FRANCO" handstamps also on obverse (Schatzkes fig. 1410C+1411A).
