Prefaces by Fernand Serrane, Emilio Diena, Heinrich Köhler, Manuel Galvez etc. The album shows photos of tools to forge stamps, to surcharge, to perforate and all but 3 stamps that have ever been in the album (notified and marked by the owning society).
