Registration Issue 1860/63: (6 d.) rose-red & Prussian blue, on coarse, yellowish wove paper, Paper manufacturer's lettered wmk. in Roman capitals, perf. 13, a used example, 1862 printing, centred to right with central vignette horizontally shifted (3 mm.) to left, lightly cancelled in black.
