    1896/99: Great Britain 1 d. lilac in a horizontal pair, used with Jubilee 10 d. dull purple & carmine on 1897 registered cover to London tied by framed "THE ROYAL NIGER COMPANY / CHARTERED & LIMITED / 30 NOV 1899 / POST OFFICE / BURUTU" handstamp in violet (Gi Type 6).
