    1922 (Feb 17): Registered Express delivery envelope to Basle, Switzerland, franked with compl. set of Dollard overprints in black ½ d. green to 10 d. turqoise, ovpt. by Thom1 ½ d. red-brown, 2 d. orange (Die II), 6d. purple and 1 s. bistre-brown together with Dollard compl. set of Seahorses 2 s. 6d.,5 s. and 10 s.grey blue, all tied by "Dublin 21 MR 22" cds's., backstamped at "Basel 2 24.III.22" on reverse. Fine three set franking, typical for a collectors correspondence, one month after issue, only few covers known with such high Seahorse frankings Hibernian/MacDonnell T1-8, T12-14, T15-19.
