    1898/99: 1 a. deep blue, imperforate on native paper, a used example on 1892 cover from Doti to Kathmandu, cancelled by circular barred "Do" handstamp of DOTI in black (Hepper page 9, fig 11) with reverse showing manuscript Doti despatch (April 13) and Kathmandu arrival (April 24). A fine strike of the obliterator.
