Provisional Surcharges 1886 (April): "½ PENNY" on 2½ d. dull blue, four single examples and two horizontal pairs used on 1886 cover to New York, one example showing the "Figure Further from Word" variety and three examples showing the "Raised "P" of PENNY" variety, all tied by 'Tobago' datestamps (May 25).
