Lithographed in the Colony: Fifth Issue 1860 (March): Lithographed (1 d.) rose-red, a complete sheet of 54 subjects (9 x 6) adhered to large piece of paper with manuscript letter from the Trinidad Chief Secretary's Office dated 9 July 1855 stating that "I certify that the postage stamps of which the above is a specimen are genuine...".
