    1899 (Sept 7): Stationery postcard 1 c. cancelled by "SHANGHAI LOCAL POST", sent to Germany with add. franking CIP 1 c. orange and 2 c. red tied by six barred obliterator used in combination with Hong Kong horizontal pair 2 c. rose tied by SHANGHAI cds of the same day. HONGKONG transit (Sept 12) and STRASSBURG arrival (Oct 12) cds's alongside. Minor toning, nevertheless a fine and appealing combination usage.
