Switzerland 1853 (Jan. 9): Cover from Boudry to Liesle, Doubs bearing Rayon I light blue Stone C1 Types 28 and 35 from the upper right group, two fine and fresh examples with good to huge margins all round, both tied by federal grill obliterator and indistinct BOUDRY despatch cds in red, French "SUISSE 9 JANV 53 PONTARLIER" entry cds in red alongside. Reverse with Besançon and Quingey transit cds's.
