    Danube Steam Navigation Co in Romania: 1866 17 kr. scarlet, perf. 12-12½, a used example on 1866 lettersheet from Piquet to Galatz tied by light oval "AGENTIE / D.D.S.G. / PIQUET" handstamp (Tchilinghirian fig. 784) in black. As usual in Piquet, the adhesive was also tied by thimble "27 / 7" circular datestamp (Tchilinghirian fig. 317) in black. A decorative "Popp & Co / Piquet" company cachet alongside. Reverse with oval arrival datestamp (July 29) of the DDSG post office in blue. Light file folds, an appealing cover. Mi = € 520+.
