    "Robert Todd" & RMSP 1870: Cover from Caracas to Lübeck, Germany franked by Rasco 1864 2 r. orange-yellow, zig-zag roulette 9-9½, tied by circular "CORREOS / CARACAS" undated handstamp in black. Carried on the RMSP "Neva" from St. Thomas with London transit cds on reverse (May 12) in red and manuscript charge "1/3d." in ink. Reverse with "Aus ENGLAND / Per AACHEN" transit (May 12) in blue and arrival cds of the following day, charged '16' ngr. due. A magnificent and rare usage, very few "yellows" are recorded on letter, Everaldo Santos AIEP recorded just 6 covers (one was in the 'Gregory Frantz' sale in January 2021 in Corinphila).
