    1747/61: Group of nine pre-stamp letters with interesting usages and cancellations, incl. “NAPOLI” negative handstamp on 1747 letter from Naples to Marseille, Incoming mail as from 'RUSSIE' single line h.s. on 1833 letter from Simpheropoli to Naples, further pre-paid FRANCA letter from Naples (May 16, 1857) to Lecce and redirected to Otranto (illustrated in Vollmeier Vol. II. p.908, fig.576), black circular 'OFF.G.DI ARRIVO - Bonifica' in black and red (1861), FRANCA ASSICURATA on 1848 letters from Gerace and Vallo, 'DI R.SERVIZIO' on 1858 letter from Capri as well as 1856 letter franked with 25 R. from Porto to Naples.
