    Russian Company for Steam Navigation & Trade 1861: Prepaid cover front from Mersina to Beirut struck with framed COMPAGNIE RUSSE / MERSINE datestamp in blue-green (Tchilinghirian unrecorded) with dates sideways (March 21) and framed P.P. in same ink (also unrecorded by Tchilinghirian).
