    1889 (Feb 12): Registered stationery envelope 2 d. blue bearing add. franking '80 PARAS' on 5 d.  green, die I and a marginal example of the 'EXPRESS D'ORIENT' label in dull salmon, tied by "BRITISH OFFICE CONSTANTINOPLE FE 12 89" cds. Reverse with Naumburg arrival cds's (Feb. 19).  A scarce and appealing usage. Cert.
