    Largest regional expansion 1870 (Nov 30): Letter sheet originating from Scutari in Albania and sent via Antivari to Venice, bearing Turkey Duloz 20 pa. green in a horizontal pair, cancelled by crisp Scutari handstamp (Coles & Walker fig. 3 / Tchilinghirian fig. 498) in black. In Antivari, 1867 coarse whiskers 5 s. red in a vertical pair and a vertical strip of three, two fine and fresh multiples with vivid colour and good perfs. were tied by "ANTIVARI 30/11" cds's (Tchilinghirian fig. 467) in brownish-black with "P.D." handstamp alongside. Reverse with Triest transit and Venezia arrival (Dec 6) cds's. A scarce and attractive mixed franking cover, illustrated and discussed in 'Die Österreichische Post in der Levante' on page 301.
