    Narrow Setting 1900 (April 6-10): Baden-Powell 3 d. deep blue on blued horizontally laid paper, a used example on cover addressed to a civilian, 'Mr. W. Dreessen, Riesle's Hotel, Mafeking' tied by MAFEKING / C.G.H. datestamp (April 16) in black. Slight staining to envelope endorsed "S.A. Stamps" and typical vertical file fold well away from the adhesive. A scarce and most attractive cover.
