    1893 (July 26): Bicoloured De La Rue Imperforate Proof on wove paper for the Die II 9 pi. value, printed in brown with lettering hand-painted in carmine ink, large margins all round, horizontal crease not affecting the appearance of an extremely rare working Proof - The Crown Agents accepted the Proof proposal on August 20, 1893.
