    1864/71: 1 d. orange-vermilion (2) and 3 d. lilac in a horizontal pair used on attractive 1870 double rate cover from Hokitika to Christchurch, neatly tied by HOKITIKA - C/21 duplexes in black (Aug 29). Reverse with Christchurch arrival cds (Aug 31). Some minor peripheral aging to the adhesives but a charming cover.
