    1864: Arms 5 rose in a vertical pair and 15 s. brown, perf. 9½, used on 1866 entire letter to Bucharest, Romania tied by bold "Constantinopel" datestamps (5/6) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 387). Reverse with Austrian P.O. 'Bucharest' arrival cds (7/6) in black. A fine example of the 20 soldi Levant and 5 soldi Austrian rate, a choice entire. Cert. Raybaudi (1994).
