    1843: Thin paper cover to London addressed to Manuel Mosquera, Chargé D'Affaires for New Granada in London, sent prepaid with oval "BOGOTÁ / FRANCA" in red and rate mark '9' above; mailed via Jamaica with 'Kingston' double arc transit in black (Jan 24) and absolutely superb strike on obverse of the CARTHAGENA Fleuron in red.
