    1850 (Aug): 1 d. brownish red on hard greyish blued paper, Plate II, position 1, a fine used example, four clear margins, used on 1851 cover to Pitt Street, Sydney cancelled indistinctly in black with framed '2 / O'Clock' handstamp at right. Backstamped 'Sydney / New South Wales' (Jan 1) in black. Some minor wear to envelope but a scarce usage.rnrnProvenance: Collection John F.
