    Russian Post Offices 1850: Cover from Bucharest to Kiril, Patriarch of Jerusalem, present at a monastery in Constantinople, struck with very clear strike of Cyrillic two line dated "BUCHAREST/ 18 NOVEMBER 1850" handstamp of despatch in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 31) and rated on obverse '2/20' (2 piastres, 20 paras) in manuscript. A very rare handstamp applied on an attractive envelope in excellent quality. Cert. Sismondo (2004).
