    Austrian Post Offices 1855c.: Austria 1850/54 6 kr. brown, fresh colour and good to large margins all round, tied first by unreadable datestamp (Nov 1) to piece, then by two strikes of  "BUKAREST 9/11" cds in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 713). The BUKAREST datestamp was used on civilain mail during Crimean War, but also thereafter at the Consular PO, this may be a usage on incoming mail to the Principalities.
