    1819 (Dec 28): Entire letter from Quinlon to Major Thomas Fiott de Havilland in Madras, regarding the designs made by the addressee for the building of St. Andrew's Church in Madras (consecrated 1821, de Havilland borrowed from St. Martins in the Fields, London) which is still in use today, endorsed at top P.P. (Post Paid) and reverse with oval 'Madras / GPO' datestamp in black. Fine condition with full transcript.
