    Brazil 1849/50: Cérès 25 c. blue in a horizontal pair with large margins all round, used in combination with 1 fr. carmine, frameline barely touched at upper right and with portion of adjoining stamp at base, on 1852 cover at single rate to Pernambuco, Brazil tied by 'grille sans fin' with Paris despatch cds (Aug 7) at right and framed 'PD' in red. London transit datestamp in red at base. Flap missing but an attractive and scarce franking. Cert.
