    1845 (Dec.27): Entire letter from Copiapo to Santiago, Chile, endorsed ‘v. Chile’ struck on front with fine strike of P.S.N.C. handstamp VAPOR CHILE / P handstamp in black. A rare handstamp (Doublet C1). ‘Copiapo’ handstamp over-struck by ‘Valparaiso’ in red and scarce CABOTAJE alongside manuscript (3 reales) rate. Scarce and very fine entire.
