    81 parale blue on blue wove paper, an example used on large part of cover (one of only four 81 pa. known on original piece), cut into at left but with margins on the other three sides, slightest of vertical creases caused by the original cover, neatly cancelled by "FOKSCHANI / MOLDOVA" datestamp (17/10) in blue. A rarity as a single usage. Despite the obvious fault, a very rare item indeed and possibly the only known 81 pa. franking on a part cover. In un-repaired condition, a lot for the top specialists in this issue. Illustrated in Edition d'Or on page 58 and in Handbook I on page 371, pos. 7 and Handbook III on page 45. Cert.
