    Interim Period 1948: The specialised collection of covers (162) with all the listed issues present on letter, April 1948 'Commando' cover cancelled in violet from Haifa, mixed issue frankings with Mandate period adhesives, Diaspora issues on letters, Nahariya sheet mint and used; Rishon Le Zion 40 m. perforated on cover (5) and imperforate on cover, Safed local on cover, stamps including Jerusalem Locals with May 1948 5 m. imperf. between pair mint (vertical and horizontal pairs), 10 m. surcharge on brown (issued colour of 5 m.) error, 25 m. on blue (issued colour of 10 m.) error, Jerusalem II issue in top left plate blocks of four mint etc. Seldom seen in such quality and quantity, viewing recommended (Bale 1-124).
