1859: 20 baj. black on grey-green, two examples in sligthly different shades, with good to large margins all round, second stamp close at upper left but not touched, both stamps showing dividing lines, tied to 1859 double rate cover from Bologna to Marseille (Facchini correspondence) by eight barred grill handstamp with 'Bologna' cds at right (Oct 27) in black.  Framed 'P.D.' in black and French entry marking in red and Lyon and Marseille cds's (Oct 30) on reverse. Slight paper cut above 'PD' and horizontal file fold well away from the adhesives. Diena and Raybaudi.  Cert. Bolaffi (1999) Mi = € 25'000+ on cover, Sassone = € 40'000+.
