    1871 (July 10/23): Entire letter from St. Petersburg to Montpellier, France franked by 1866/75 3k. black & green, 5 k. black & lilac and 20 k. blue & orange (note frame break at top of stamp) tied by St. Petersburg cds's and by Erquelines entry marking in blue. Reverse with Montpellier arrival (July 27). A fine example of the double rate.
