    1857 (1. Aug.): 40c. dark-blue (2) and light-blue (3) five good margined examples on large piece. The stamps are tied by three strikes of the single circle "PIACENZA" (1. AUG.). The left hand stamp displays the normal "0" in 40 all other stamps remarkably show the "stretto" stretched variety.   Signed A. Diena with certificate (1963).
