    Ville D'Orléans (Ballon Monté #33) 1870: 'Mandal Mail'. Complete Gazette des Absents No. 8 from beseiged Paris to Pontarlier, Doubs, the (20 centime) adhesive floated off due to immersion in sea water with 'Paris / (60)' despatch cds (Nov 21, levée 2) at left. Reverse with 'Pars à Besançon' transit cds (Dec 12) and faint arrival. Scarce and fine. Cert. Robineau (2001).
