    Typeset and printed at the Office of the Royal Gazette, Georgetown 1862 (Sept): 4 c. black on blue, rouletted 6, an unused example with good roulettes, signed R. Mather in white, position 12 (Row 2/6) on the sheet of 24 subjects and showing the four inner framelines, small thin spot, unused without gum. A very scarce stamp. Ex collection Muggia. Cert.
