    1768 (Dec 23): Entire letter from Phalsbourg, Mayence written from a member of the Swiss Regiment Boccard serving under Louis XV, struck with straight line "PHALS." handstamp in black, addressed to Fribourg, Switzerland with manuscript docketing of receipt "10 Janv. 1769" at base. A fine and unusual entire.
